As a former Ironman and Ultraman triathlon competitor, Texas Cryoworks owner John Zabojnik experienced firsthand the transformative benefits of cryotherapy during his training. It was a game-changer—accelerating recovery, reducing inflammation, and improving performance day after day.
That personal journey sparked a mission: to bring those same life-changing therapies to everyone.
Founded in October 2017 by John and Windy, Texas Cryoworks Total Wellness began with a single cryotherapy chamber in Waxahachie, Texas. What started as a small recovery studio has grown into Ellis County’s premier wellness center, offering a full range of services in chiropractic care, pain management, integrative therapies, and advanced aesthetics.
Initially focused on athletic recovery, our reach quickly expanded to support everyday individuals—from student athletes and busy parents to active seniors—each seeking to move, feel, and live better.
Today, our team of passionate wellness professionals combines advanced technology with compassionate care to deliver holistic, results-driven wellness experiences. More than a facility, Texas Cryoworks has become a community—a place where your wellness journey is supported every step of the way.
